In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
We ask for at least 24 hour notice on all deliveries so that we can properly prepare and schedule. We are located in Concord in the 94521 zip code. Please inform us of any special delivery instructions when you place your order. For instance, if you would like us to call first and verify that someone is home or to make sure they are not out-of-town, please let us know. Generally, weather permitting, we will deliver on the date requested and leave the flowers at the front door if there is no answer. We then do a follow-up phone call to make sure they received the flowers. It is always a good idea for you to verify that someone is not out of town before placing your flower order. If you know that someone is not home during certain hours of the day, please let us know. We will do our best to coordinate our delivery time, however, we do have traffic pattern consideration. Traffic here in the Bay Area is particularly crazy during rush hours and we try to avoid delivering to certain areas during those hours. If the weather is particularly hot or stormy, we will call the recipient first and wait until we are able to contact them before attempting delivery. If they take a long time to get back to us, we will contact you and ask how you would like us to proceed. Please keep in mind that if a property is gated, we need to know this ahead of time. Please remember with funeral or event orders that we need to know the start time of the event and usually plan on arriving at least an hour before; but we do need to know of any delivery restrictions the venue might have. We can always call directly and check this, but it is helpful to have a contact name and venue phone number.
